At GainVille Learning Center, we offer After School Homework Support Services to students from grades 1-12. We offer a variety of teaching methods including one-on-one homework tutoring help, test preparation and specialized clinics.
The After school homework support services are designed as an after school program from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. After school, students can come into the center and attend a two- hour session of homework help for a specific area that they need help on. Subjects range from English, Mathematics, Science, World History, and Languages! While students are placed as a group, they receive individualized instruction by certified teachers including help with their homework and study skills.
The GainVille Learning Center also provides a Saturday Math Clinic for students who struggle with math or would like to advance their math skills. The Math Clinic is a highly energized casual classroom setting where students come to reinforce their math skills. Students who may have missed days of school or had difficulty grasping a concept in the General New Jersey Math Core Curriculum may come to gain better understanding of basic to advanced topics.
The Math Clinic has three essential core segments:
Brief instructional period
Question and answer session
Homework hour with support
